Cast:   You guys did GREAT off book!!   Thank you for helping move set around, everyone! It was much appreciated!   Tshirt sign up is on my tech table! $15.00 due by Feb 15!   Sign in sheet is on my tech table too, until Sunday Feb 19 when it moves to the call board by the dressing rooms. Don't forget to sign in when you arrive!   Please make your best effort to be here on time.  Thank you!

Crew :  You will be getting an email from Jessie Drollette about T-shirts. She would like to place the order for shirts by Friday and you guys aren't called until Saturday. Please respond to her if you want a shirt.

Set:   We need to add a ledge or lip to the sound booth flat for your mixing board   SL side of batten 2 and batten 4 doesn't touch the ground   We need to cut the saloon doors top off at the seam.   We need three posts for the velvet ropes.   Singin' in the rain platforms tall enough. Add roofs to them and replace the glass and mount street lamps   Blue couch needs board attached under cushions. And cushions need to be affixed to board.   We tested the raincatcher and it works much better than it did. Its edges need to be planed down more and we need them installed onstage for thursday.   paint: (barb, I don't seem to have sue's email...) back of piano look like a sound board on back of piano.   More coming for paint and set coming soon!

Props:   We need three rugs for Good Mornin' We need to label our "board" for Make Em Laugh. Cup of Coffee for Matt in Make Em Laugh Velvet Ropes Different color for white chair Pull another chair for good morning
